A bit of history

The Gedney tradition of workmanship began in 17th Century with the historic Gedney House built in 1665 in Salem, Massachusetts. The house is considered a living museum for architecture influenced by shipbuilding of the period. The tradition of hand-craftsmanship continued through the generations. Curt Gedney’s many years of designing and hands-on work with cabinetry has influenced his decision to offer a rare service of cabinet restoration to consumers. His repair work done for decades has now been expanded to renewing entire kitchens.
